Kyndryl is seeking an IAM Infrastructure Specialist to manage Azure AD, Active Directory, and related IAM services. You will plan, implement, and support engineered IT services, ensuring alignment with change management, regulatory standards, and business performance.

Key responsibilities include lifecycle management, access governance, and automation using PowerShell, with collaboration across infrastructure, security, and service desk teams.

The Role

Manages the operation of IAM Infrastructure, Azure AD, Active Directory, hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business. Prepares for and supports new or changed services, the change process, regulatory, legal, and professional standards, performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance, and bought‑in services including, for example, public network, virtual private network, and outsourced services. Provides service‑level reporting, risk, and contingency planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, rooms, and other directory resources in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Administer group memberships, role assignments, and access permissions in accordance with least privilege principles
• Perform day to day identity lifecycle management (joiners, movers, leavers)
• Troubleshoot and resolve account, access, and resource issues across on prem and cloud identity platforms
• Investigate authentication, authorization, synchronization, and provisioning issues; escalated as required
• Participate in incident, problem, and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of identity related issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and service desk teams to resolve cross functional identity and access issues
• Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Execute changes in alignment with change management and approval processes
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding issue status, root cause, and corrective actions
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to identity and access management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within directory services
• Perform other IAM work as required including but not limited to access reviews, bulk tasks, or pulling information from production.

Required Professional Experience
