First, candidates must qualify in an Online Examination covering Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and Hindi. Shortlisted candidates will then participate in Group Exercises to evaluate interpersonal and analytical skills. Finally, a Personal Interview will be held to determine the candidate's suitability for the Grade E position. A service bond of Rs. 2 lakhs for 3 years is mandatory.## Exam PatternThe online examination consists of 200 questions worth 200 marks, to be completed in 140 minutes. The sections include Reasoning (50 questions, 25 marks), English Language (50 questions, 50 marks), General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks), and Hindi Language (50 questions, 75 marks). A penalty of 0.25 marks applies for every incorrect answer.
