Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an IBP and Demand Planning Process Analyst, based in Bangalore, India. The role focuses on operational effectiveness and demand planning across EP, NV, and A&R businesses, supporting data extraction, dashboarding, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of analytics or planning experience, strong data handling skills, and proven ability to build dashboards for executive reviews and planning forums.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly dashboards and analytical tools for executive oversight of supply planning and end-to-end planning.
• Lead preparation for monthly integrated reconciliation by updating visuals and commentary.
• Review regional MBR decks to identify gaps in adherence to the IBP blueprint.
• Handle data extraction from systems (Blue Yonder, APO) and prepare files for Anaplan DP loads; support DP loads into Anaplan and Blue Yonder.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Effectiveness

• Maintain weekly dashboards and analytical tools that support executive oversight of J&J MedTech Supply Planning and end-to-end planning, incorporating leadership feedback and evolving business priorities
• Lead preparation for the monthly MedTech Integrated Reconciliation by identifying issues, refreshing visuals, updating commentary, and preparing materials for review sessions
• Review regional and business unit Management Business Review (MBR) decks to identify gaps in adherence to the IBP blueprint

Demand Planning

Operational effectiveness:

• Complete established manual integration processes to support the Anaplan Demand Planning (DP) platform for EP, NV, and A&R businesses:
• Extract master data and order history from Blue Yonder and prepare files for Anaplan DP loads
• Extract order history from APO and prepare files for Anaplan DP loads
• Extract forecasts from Anaplan DP and load them into Blue Yonder
• Extract forecasts from Anaplan DP and load them into APO
• Analyze job logs to identify and resolve errors, and communicate status updates to planning teams
• Find opportunities to improve established processes and enhance operational efficiency

Capability Development

• Support Anaplan One DP incidents and enhancements following build unit testing

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required

Required

Experience and Skills:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in analytics, supply chain planning, demand planning, or process support roles
• Strong technical and data-handling skills, including experience working with large datasets and performing data extraction, cleansing, validation, and file preparation for system integrations
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support operational and executive decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes, interpret job logs or system outputs, and make sound, timely decisions
• Experience supporting process execution through testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work across regions and time zones

Preferred

• Experience within the MedTech industry and/or Johnson & Johnson
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Experience preparing clear, concise content, commentary, and visuals for executive reviews and planning forums
• Familiarity with planning forums such as Demand Review, Supply Review, Management Business Review, and Integrated Reconciliation
• Continuous improvement attitude with experience identifying process gaps and recommending practical enhancements
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and challenge thinking constructively
