Detailed Job Description

As an IBM Sterling Integrator professional at Dew Solutions Pvt Ltd in Gurugram, you will take full ownership of building, optimizing, and supporting mission-critical B2B integration flows. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass configuring IBM Sterling Integrator / GIS or Axway B2Bi platforms, developing complex EDI mappings (X12, EDIFACT) using XML, XSLT, XSD, and XPath, and integrating secure file transfer and web protocols including REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP, and FTP/SFTP. You will write optimized database queries for Oracle and MySQL, manage Unix environment operations, and participate in Agile/Scrum sprint cycles to deliver scalable integration solutions. Working in a collaborative remote-friendly environment, you will manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, troubleshoot message flow anomalies, and maintain strict adherence to enterprise security and performance baselines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-volume, near real-time B2B and supply chain integration solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Configure and manage IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / GIS or Axway B2Bi platforms across hybrid enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain complex Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) maps, translation rules, X12, EDIFACT, XML, XSLT, XSD, and XPath schemas.
• Develop and consume secure REST and SOAP web services, HTTP connections, and secure file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS).
• Write optimized SQL queries, manage database interactions, and troubleshoot data persistence across Oracle and MySQL databases.
• Administer Unix/Linux operating system environments, shell scripts, and integration server process logs.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional team stand-ups.
• Manage multiple concurrent B2B implementation projects, customer onboarding sessions, and partner trading agreements.
• Troubleshoot production integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and messaging discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, trading partner runbooks, mapping specifications, and deployment runbooks.
