Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an experienced IBM OpenPages Engineer for Pune, India. The role focuses on strong hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages GRC, Java/J2EE, OpenPages configuration, workflows and maintenance to support Agile teams and project delivery.

You will design, configure and enhance OpenPages solutions, collaborate with architects and product owners, and translate business requirements into robust technical implementations. A solid background in Java microservices and WAS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IBM OpenPages experience.
• Strong hands-on OpenPages configuration, workflows and maintenance.
• Experience in Agile delivery.
• Strong Java/J2EE development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance IBM OpenPages workflows, triggers, JSP helpers, task views and underlying objects/data.
• Develop and maintain OpenPages configurations based on business requirements.
• Translate User Stories, Use Cases and BRDs into technical solutions.
• Work with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Platform Architects to identify and implement required changes.
• Design logical and innovative solutions for complex technical problems.
• Support the Model Risk Inventory system and enhance OpenPages workflows.
• Collaborate with application support teams, front-end users, IBM Solution Architects and project stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure efficient delivery of backlog items.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation across development and operational processes.
• Support application maintenance, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Contribute to technical design and solution development.
