The IAM Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing and managing IAM integrations with enterprise applications using the Saviynt platform.

This position reports to the IAM architect and is part of the Information Technology located in Bangalore/Pune and will be an on‑site role.

What you will do:

• Build Saviynt out-of-the-box or custom connectors to integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications.
• Configure Saviynt IGA processes based on compliance requirements.
• Design, develop and support the Saviynt application design in-line with Application Target access model.
• Saviynt application onboarding and related configuration like Security system, Endpoints, ARS, SoD modules, custom connectors etc.
• Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Implement Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, Rules based access provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications etc.
• Translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Work experience with a minimum of 3 years on IAM projects.
• Saviynt IGA Level 100/200 or higher certification.
• Strong Hands‑on implementation experience on Saviynt.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Integrating Saviynt with ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, etc).
• Exposure to Sarbanes–Oxley (SOx) controls.
