• Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.


• Lead IAM strategy, roadmap, and architecture for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.


• Design authentication and authorization frameworks using modern identity standards.


• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Federation, and Passwordless Authentication solutions.


• Architect Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.


• Design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) integrations.


• Integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms using industry-standard protocols.


• Provide architecture guidance for cloud identity solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.


• Design hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with cloud identity providers.


• Define security architecture, IAM policies, standards, and best practices.


• Perform IAM solution assessments, architecture reviews, and security gap analyses.


• Lead troubleshooting of complex authentication, federation, provisioning, and access issues.


• Develop automation solutions using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) where applicable.
