Job summary

Coforge is seeking a senior IAM engineer to own complex incidents end to end in a production IAM environment. You will act as a design authority, drive platform health, and mentor engineers across Ping Identity and ForgeRock estates.

The role emphasizes ownership from diagnosis to permanent fixes, cross‑platform incident management, and contributing to architectural decisions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IAM engineering and production support at L3/L4 escalation level.
• 3+ years hands-on with Ping Identity (Ping DaVinci) and/or ForgeRock Journeys in production.
• Ownership of complex IAM incidents from diagnosis to permanent fix.
• Led major incident root cause analyses and remediation.
• Contributed to platform roadmap or architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point (L3/L4) for IAM incidents across PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate, and ForgeRock.
• Own issues end to end through to permanent resolution.
• Serve as design authority and SME for the Ping Identity estate, setting technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and drive platform health improvements.

Job description

• 6+ years of experience in IAM engineering and production support, including significant time at L3/L4 escalation level.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on with Ping Identity (including Ping DaVinci) and/or ForgeRock Journeys in a production environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-platform IAM incidents and solutions from diagnosis through permanent fix.
• Track record of leading major incident root cause analyses and driving remediation to closure. Experience acting as design authority and mentoring engineers on an IAM platform.
• Evidence of contributing to platform roadmap or architecture decisions, not just implementation.
• Act as the senior escalation point (L3/L4) for IAM production incidents across PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate, and ForgeRock, owning issues end to end through to permanent resolution.
• Serve as design authority and subject matter expert for the Ping Identity estate, setting technical direction on configuration standards, upgrades, and platform health.
