Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to implement, configure, integrate, and operate enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. You will work with IAM Architects, Security Teams, and Application Owners to deploy Microsoft Entra ID, PingID, and Entra PIM for our clients and internal platforms.

The role focuses on administration, SSO, CA policies, Identity Protection, MFA integrations, and ongoing support across VPNs, web apps, and remote access systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IAM engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra PIM, and PingID implementations and operations.
• Experience configuring and enforcing SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID tenants, users, groups, and roles.
• Configure and support SSO, CA policies, and Identity Protection for on-prem and cloud apps.
• Integrate PingID MFA and synchronize with enterprise apps and VPNs/Web apps.
• Support onboarding, testing, and ongoing operations of IAM solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and maintain identity health across ecosystems.
• Collaborate with IAM Architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver solutions.
