Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking an SEO/GEO/AEO Strategy Senior Manager to lead enterprise search and AI-discovery transformation programs, combining technical SEO, content and authority strategy to boost brand visibility and citations.

You will advise senior stakeholders, shape operating models, and guide multidisciplinary teams across marketing, analytics, product and technology while developing scalable growth strategies in AI-led discovery.

Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking an SEO/GEO/AEO Strategy Senior Manager to lead enterprise search and AI-discovery transformation programs. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise across technical SEO, content and authority strategy, search analytics, and emerging GEO/AEO practices that improve brand visibility, relevance and citation across traditional search engines and AI-led discovery experiences. The role requires the ability to advise senior client stakeholders, shape operating models and measurement frameworks, lead multidisciplinary teams, and translate evolving search behavior into scalable growth strategies. The candidate will also be expected to lead solutioning, proposals and capability development in the search and AI-discovery space.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define enterprise SEO, GEO and AEO strategies aligned to business, brand, content and digital growth objectives
• Advise senior client stakeholders on how search behavior is evolving across traditional search, generative AI and answer-engine experiences
• Lead technical SEO and search-health programs covering crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking and mobile optimization
• Develop GEO/AEO frameworks to improve AI visibility, brand mentions, citations and answer relevance across emerging AI-led discovery platforms
• Shape content and authority strategies based on search intent, entity relevance, expertise signals and audience needs
• Define KPI and measurement frameworks spanning organic visibility, traffic, engagement, conversions, AI visibility, citation presence and share of voice
• Establish governance, operating models and cross-functional ways of working across marketing, content, analytics, product and technology teams
• Use platforms such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and AI-enabled search tools to identify opportunities and guide optimization
• Lead competitive and category intelligence across SEO and AI search to identify visibility gaps and growth opportunities
• Translate complex search and AI-discovery insights into executive-ready recommendations and transformation roadmaps
• Lead and mentor teams across strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, analytics and GEO/AEO workstreams
• Drive senior stakeholder governance, performance reviews and executive communications for strategic search programs
• Lead business development conversations, proposals, estimations and solution design in SEO, GEO, AEO and organic growth
• Build reusable assets, playbooks and thought leadership to strengthen the SEO/GEO/AEO capability and offering

Professional & Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in enterprise SEO strategy, technical SEO, content optimization and organic growth
• Strong understanding of GEO/AEO concepts, AI-driven discovery, LLM visibility, citations and emerging answer-engine measurement practices
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and related search intelligence platforms
• Strong ability to define executive-level measurement frameworks, operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Demonstrated capability in senior client advisory, stakeholder management, team leadership and business development
• Ability to connect search strategy with content, analytics, technology and broader digital marketing transformation
