Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Faridabad for an Assistant Collection Manager. The Assistant Collection Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing vehicle loan collections, monitoring overdue accounts, and developing effective recovery strategies. Additional responsibilities include liaising with customers to resolve payment concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate collection records. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve collection targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in Vehicle Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Automotive Repair
  • Understanding of Oil Changes, Suspension, and related mechanical systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve debtor concerns professionally
  • Experience in collections or financial services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of financial software systems
