Job summary

Cyient Limited is seeking an HVAC engineer to support the design, engineering, and execution of HVAC systems for offshore, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, and industrial projects. The role involves HVAC design calculations, equipment selection, and multidisciplinary coordination, delivering engineering deliverables in line with international codes and client requirements.

The candidate will work on projects requiring strong knowledge of hazardous area HVAC design, ventilation and pressurization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering; Up to 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial and Offshore HVAC Design.
• Experience in hazardous area HVAC design for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical facilities.
• Expertise in ventilation and pressurization systems for classified areas.
• Proficiency in: AutoCAD Revit MEP Navisworks Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with 3D engineering environments such as: Smart 3D (S3D) E3D PDMS.
• HVAC Engineer to support the design, engineering, and execution of HVAC systems for offshore, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• HVAC design calculations, equipment selection, multidisciplinary coordination.
• Preparation of engineering deliverables in accordance with international codes, client specifications, and project requirements.
• Lead projects with team up to 10 associates.
• Understand drawings and develop simple models with drawings.
• Analyse simple structures and apply codes under guidance.
• Collaborate with EPC/EPCM teams for execution.

• Experience working with EPC/EPCM organizations.

• Experience in hazardous area HVAC design for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical facilities.
• Expertise in ventilation and pressurization systems for classified areas.
• Proficiency in: HAP (Carrier) IES VE (Preferred) AutoCAD Revit MEP Navisworks Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with 3D engineering environments such as: Smart 3D (S3D) E3D PDMS.
