Job summary

We have urgent opening for the position of HR MANAGER

We are looking for an HR Manager/Head to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely filling of open positions.
  • Analyse data using HRIS tools to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with management team to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource executives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Payroll Management systems and ability to analyse data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Familiar with PF and ESIC portal.

Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.

Salary: Upto 6 LPA
