Role Overview

As the HR Lead, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping and managing the human resources function of this thriving organization. You will oversee a wide range of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and more. We are searching for a candidate with a proven ability to effectively manage people, outstanding recruitment skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the maturity to handle employee grievances independently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies to support the company's aggressive growth plans.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and selecting top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their unique staffing needs and provide expert guidance on effective talent acquisition strategies.
