Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, Linkedin and internal databases.
  • Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and coordinate the interview process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the entire recruitment process.
  • Handle mass hiring activities, including campus placements, job fairs, and bulk recruitment drives.
