Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an HR Operations professional to support UK processes from Mumbai. The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

You will handle document reviews, data uploads in the HCM tool, and timely reporting to customers while maintaining data accuracy and service orientation. The position is office-based in Mumbai with standard hours and a focus on high-volume, sensitive information handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream).
• Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills.

Shift Timings (UK Time ) :11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST)

Role & Responsibilities

• Review scanned document, validate as per required & upload in the HCM tool
