Job description
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as appropriate.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, campus drives and other activities to promote the firm and attract top talent.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Compile recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
