Job summary

Sundew in Kolkata is seeking an experienced HTML Developer to translate the UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code and scalable interfaces. You will join a team delivering user-centric web apps, collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in UI/UX design and front-end development, proficiency in modern frameworks, design tools, accessibility, and a passion for delivering polished UX

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience.
• Proficient with Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems).
• Experience with modern frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Understanding of responsive, mobile-first design and accessibility standards.
• Experience implementing animations (GSAP or similar).
• Strong UX and interaction design knowledge.
• Ability to communicate design systems and implementation clearly.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Passion for solving user pain points through design and code.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

As a HTML Developer at Sundew, you will be responsible to translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produce visual elements of the application.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business objectives to define experience strategy

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibility

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Make strategic UX decisions for both core features and new enhancements
• Apply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iterate
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologies
• Maintain design consistency across products and platforms

Required Skills & Experience: -

• 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe XD
• Experience with modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular - preferred)
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards
• Experience implementing animations and interactive elements (GSAP or similar is a plus)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Ability to communicate design systems and implementation logic clearly to teams
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments
• Passion for solving user pain points through both design and technical execution

Education Qualification: -

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related subject
