Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS.
• Convert Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into accurate, production-ready HTML/CSS.
• Ensure design fidelity and performance optimization across devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate static templates into dynamic web applications (e.g., React, Angular, or .NET).
• Implement and maintain accessible (WCAG-compliant) interfaces, following usability best practices.
• Work with QA and designers to fix layout and styling issues in staging and production environments.
• Stay updated with evolving front-end development trends, tools, and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive web development.
• Strong experience building pixel-perfect UIs based on design mockups.
• Solid understanding of CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM, OOCSS) and responsive grid systems.
• Working knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
