Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager, Performance Management. This role is pivotal in supporting global performance management operations by ensuring compliance with performance policies, coordinating international processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of performance frameworks. The role is responsible for optimizing workforce performance systems, ensuring accurate data and process management, and driving the implementation of competency models to support business and talent growth globally.

Responsibilities
  1. Performance Review Management:
    • Launch and track Annual Performance Review communications.
    • Executive Status Report – sharing link to current Quarter data with Leaders.
    • Grant access to Smartsheet for new Leaders.
    • Update Management Assessment and Performance Business area Guides with new job titles.
    • Monthly updation of Management Assessment and Performance.
  2. Data Management & Governance:
    • Conduct regular audits for data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support meeting with data driven insights for decision‑making.
    • Act as a control point for high‑risk and escalations.
  3. Process Ownership & SLA Management:
    • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), internal controls, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
    • Maintain documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes.
  4. Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
    • Drive initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve first‑time‑right performance.
    • Handle escalations or exceptions related to data transactions and coordinate corrective actions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Business, or related fields (MBA good to have).
  • Proven experience in performance management operations, with a strong background in leadership.
  • Human Resource Management System experience.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc. is preferable.
  • Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem‑solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
