About the Role

We are looking for a high‑potential, versatile HR professional with 13 years of experience to join our team. While the immediate focus is on scaling our workforce through high‑impact Talent Acquisition, this is a fungible role designed for someone who aspires to grow into a well‑rounded HR Leader.

You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle but will also be cross‑trained to support other HR when needed. We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic pedigree and experience in a fast‑paced, high‑standard corporate environment.

Principal Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening
  • Utilize job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai), social media, and internal databases to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Efficiently screen incoming resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications.
  • Conduct high‑volume phone screens and initial interviews to assess basic qualifications, cultural fit, salary expectations, and motivation.
Full-Cycle Management and Candidate Experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones if necessary.
  • Prepare, negotiate and track the offer letters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive, consistent experience.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team needs, and critical timelines.
HR Operations & Special Projects
  • Support the team in HR operations and ad‑hoc projects.
Education and Experience
Education
  • Masters degree (MBA‑HR preferred) from a top‑tier institution (Tier 1/Tier 2 college)
Experience
  • 13 years of experience in a reputable organization (MNC, high‑growth startup, or established corporate house)
Versatility
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment while demonstrating an interest or minor experience in other HR domains (Generalist, Ops, or BP)
Intellectual Agility
  • Ability to pivot from a sourcing call to a policy discussion with ease
Business Acumen
  • Understanding of HR metrics
Excellence in Communication
  • Polished verbal and written skills suitable for interacting with senior stakeholders.
