VOIS is seeking an experienced HR Services Solution Owner to lead Hire-to-Retire HR journeys and services. You will own product backlogs, prioritize features, and partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps and delivery across global HR platforms.

You will mentor a team of Solution Owners and drive AI-enabled improvements, Copilot-supported solutions, and value delivery while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Services Solution Owner to lead a portfolio of employee journeys and services within HR Products & Services. You will act as the Product Owner for Hire-to-Retire workstreams, taking responsibility for process simplification, continuous improvement and value delivery through global HR platforms.

The role combines hands-on product ownership with team leadership. You will manage and prioritise product backlogs, shape future-state HR processes and work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled, automated and Copilot-supported solutions. This India-based role reports to the Lead HR Products and Services – Solution Owners.

What You’ll Do

Own HR Services workstreams across the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.

Manage, refine and prioritise the product backlog in line with business goals, automation opportunities and expected value.

Partner with Product Managers to align product vision, roadmaps and delivery timelines.

Support AI, automation and Copilot-enabled initiatives across HR products and services.

Design future-state HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify and automate employee journeys.

Apply SAFe Agile practices, including Program Increment planning and continuous backlog exploration.

Use JIRA to support backlog management, sprint planning and delivery tracking.

Engage stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of Solution Owners, balancing hands-on delivery with effective delegation.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across HR systems, services and processes.

Oversee solutions from prioritisation through adoption and value delivery.

Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business and compliance requirements.

Research and benchmark external practices and emerging technology, building networks with other organisations where appropriate.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Solution Owner or Product Owner within the HR domain
• A strong understanding of HR systems and processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
• Experience managing enterprise solutions end to end, from prioritisation through adoption and value delivery
• Practical experience of stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and expectation management
• Proficiency in JIRA and SAFe Agile methodologies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on simplification and measurable value
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions
• A Computer Science or IT Engineering background
• SAFe Agile certification or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems
• Exposure to integrations involving AI, automation or other digital tools
• Experience contributing to enterprise-level HR transformation programmes
