Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office).

Shift: Day Shift.

Only Female Candidates are eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle End-to-End Recruitment for assigned requirements.
• Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Social Media & References.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Following up with candidates till joining.
• Maintaining daily recruitment reports and trackers.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Pursuing candidates not eligible).
• Age Limit: Up to 29 Years.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience & Salary Structure:

• Freshers:
  • 13,000 + Incentives (First 3 Months)
  • 15,000 18,000 + Incentives (From 4th Month)
• 6 Months Experience (International Voice Process):
  • 15,000 18,000(First 3 Months) + 10,000 Incentives.
• Minimum 6 Months Recruitment Experience:
  • Up to 25,000 + Incentives (Based on previous salary & performance)

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off).
• Monday Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
• Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
