Job summary

Daydream Recruiters is hiring an HR Recruiter for a 100% work-from-home role with a fixed day shift. You will handle inbound & outbound calls of candidates actively seeking jobs, and coordinate interviews while building a strong candidate pipeline. Freshers may apply, but a minimum of 6 months in recruitment is preferred.

The role sits in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. Graduation is not required, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this remote position.
