We are seeking an experienced Bulk Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.

The Bulk Recruiter will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large number of candidates across various roles and departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and key metrics.
  • Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement best practices for bulk recruitment
