Job summary

Impact Analytics in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive HR Operations Associate who blends strong analytics with hands-on HR process experience. You will manage performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and rewards programs while keeping data accurate and HR systems up to date.

You’ll use Excel to analyze attrition and staffing trends, generate dashboards, coordinate performance cycles, and collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, dashboards). Familiarity with Google Sheets or HRIS tools is a plus.
• Experience working with Keka HRMS managing core HR functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data and communicate insights.

Role overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Associate who combines strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in HR processes. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with data, is comfortable with Excel, and can independently manage operational tasks across performance management, rewards & recognition, and staffing coordination. This role will be central to ensuring HR systems and processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and employees have a seamless experience.

What the role entails

HR Operations:

• Support and execute HR processes across performance management, staffing, onboarding/offboarding, and rewards & recognition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and ensure timely updates across HR systems.
• Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Data Management & Analysis:

• Use Excel (and related tools) to analyze HR metrics such as attrition, performance ratings, and staffing trends.
• Identify data patterns, gaps, and insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare periodic reports and summaries for management and business leaders.

Performance & Rewards Support:

• Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance review cycles.
• Assist in the execution of rewards and recognition programs, ensuring fairness, transparency, and timely communication.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with HRBPs, business teams, and leadership to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Respond promptly to employee queries and requests.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, dashboards); familiarity with Google Sheets or HRIS tools is a plus.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience working with the Keka HRMS tool, managing core HR functions.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
