Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions for our Family Entertainment Center. The ideal candidate must maintain hospitality-grade grooming, demonstrate excellent people-management skills, and be capable of independently handling the complete HR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions (frontline staff, game attendants, customer service, supervisors, technicians, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain manpower planning and ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
2. Training & Development
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for all new hires.
  • Organize and deliver training on customer service, grooming standards, safety protocols, and operating procedures.
  • Monitor staff performance and recommend skill-development programs.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and workplace discipline.
4. Employee Relations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and fun workplace culture aligned with entertainment and hospitality standards.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.
5. Payroll & HR Administration
  • Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage salary structures, attendance reconciliation, and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure timely generation of letters (offer, appointment, warnings, confirmations, etc.).
6. Performance Management
  • Execute performance appraisal cycles.
  • Support department supervisors in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance.
  • Recommend promotions, rewards, and corrective actions.
7. Grooming & Hospitality Standards
  • Enforce hospitality-level grooming and professional etiquette for all staff.
  • Conduct grooming inspections and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Train staff on customer-friendly behaviour, appearance, and communication.
8. Health, Safety & Security
  • Implement safety guidelines in alignment with game zone operations.
  • Ensure staff adherence to safety standards for rides, machines, and customer interaction.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for emergency procedures and training.
