Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking a proactive IT recruitment professional to source candidates for IT requirements, screen and shortlist CVs, and manage candidate communications. You will conduct telephonic verifications, explain job details, and coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and candidates.

The role requires strong communication, follow-up, negotiation skills and basic Excel proficiency to ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
