• Manage talent acquisition actions for hiring across India.
• Conduct onboarding actions and create necessary accounts.
• Support HRBPs on exit interviews.
• Maintain dashboards for data integrity.
• Liaise with Admin for new joiners' and exits' data.
• Manage NAPs portal as per regulations.
• Create communication materials for HR initiatives.

Scope of role:

1. Talent Acquisition actions for CIEL and NAPs hiring PAN India covering sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding actions for CIEL & NAPs covering Mail ID creation, code creation, intimation to reporting manager on completion of actions
3. Support to HRBPs on exit interviews post the exit of employee
4. Dashboard maintenance for CIEL & NAPs liasing between CIEL and HRBPs to ensure data integrity and accuracy
5. Liasing with Admin to ensure right data is informed for new joiners and exits.
6. NAPs portal management as per government regulations
7. Creation of communication creatives for HR initiatives driven by Engagement SPOC
