Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants in Haryana invites an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities at our Faridabad district office. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll and payroll compliance to support a growing team.

You will administer records, handle grievances, and partner with managers to implement best HR practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience and strong communication, able to work independently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Executive.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities and deliver best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR: recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll and compliance.
• Administer and maintain employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
