Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters, collect documents, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
HR Operations & Documentation
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
  • Handle attendance management, leave records, and monthly HR reports.
  • Manage confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle documentation.
Employee Engagement
  • Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance redressal.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support audits and maintain compliance documentation.
Payroll Coordination
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs.
  • Validate attendance, leave, and other salary-related data.
Training & Development
  • Support L&D activities, training schedules, and feedback collection.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
  • Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
