Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters, collect documents, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
- Handle attendance management, leave records, and monthly HR reports.
- Manage confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Address employee queries and support grievance redressal.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain compliance documentation.
Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs.
- Validate attendance, leave, and other salary-related data.
Training & Development
- Support L&D activities, training schedules, and feedback collection.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
- Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
