Job summary

Associative is seeking a passionate HR Executive to join our Pune team for a full-time, in-office position. The role requires readiness to join immediately, with compensation including ₹21,000 per month plus incentives, PF, insurance, and petrol allowance, in a 10:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule.

The ideal candidate is a fresher with any graduate degree, fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi, and equipped with their own laptop and a valid driving licence for travel to our Pune office.

• Eligibility: This position is not intended for candidates who are currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses. We are seeking candidates ready to join a full-time role.
• Work Model: This is a full-time, in-office position at our Pune location. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
• Interview Format: This is a mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available for any role.
