Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks.

As we continue to grow our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive who can contribute across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Generalist activities.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand job descriptions and technical/non-technical requirements.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • HR Generalist Activities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee data management.
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and processes.
  • Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Assist with onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR-related documentation and records.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee events, celebrations, team-building activities, and internal initiatives.
  • Support employee communication and HR announcements.
  • Gather employee feedback and highlight concerns to the HR team.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
  • Support employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist with HRMS-related activities and employee data updates.
  • Support statutory and compliance-related HR activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and management dashboards.
  • Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization.
  • Support HR audits and documentation whenever required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a people-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the IT/Software/Technology industry will be preferred.
  • Exposure to technical recruitment and understanding of technical job requirements will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who have worked on hiring for technical roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, QA, AI/ML Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc. will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals, HRMS, ATS, or other HR technology platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates who demonstrate an understanding of the technology hiring landscape will be preferred.
