Job summary

Amazon’s ASSPL - Telangana is seeking an HR professional to support people operations in Hyderabad. The role focuses on ensuring headcount delivery, employee engagement, and proactive ER issue handling.

You will work with Operations Leaders and vendors, utilize HRIS and MS Office tools, and contribute to a compliant, high-performance workplace. This position demands strong communication and a team-oriented mindset.

• Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc.
• Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required
• Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office
• Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc.
