Job summary

Hilton Hotels Goa is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to maintain high cleanliness and guest-ready rooms. You will ensure tidy rooms, stock linens and amenities, manage supplies, and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in housekeeping, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic English and knowledge of cleaning chemicals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department.
• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
• Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
• Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
