Job summary

GRPL India is hiring a Hospitality Team Leader – Operations & Coaching for Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires 5–8 years in hospitality and offers a salary in the ₹4.8–6 LPA range for a full-time position.

You will plan rosters, ensure SOP compliance, coach staff, handle guest escalations, and contribute to daily/ monthly operations reporting, while participating in hiring and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Hotel or Management; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years in hospitality with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Clear communication in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan rosters and shift handovers so every service window is properly staffed.
• Walk the floor, check SOP compliance and fix service gaps in real time.
• Set daily targets, review performance and coach team members one-to-one.
• Handle escalated guest issues calmly and close them the same day.
• Prepare daily and monthly operations reports for management.
• Take part in hiring, induction and on-the-job training of new staff.
