Job summary

Tresbien Hr Consultancy is seeking a senior leader to manage hospital provider relationships, negotiate tariffs, and ensure compliance across the network. You will resolve tariff violations, monitor insurer/PPN guidelines, and minimize revenue leakage while maintaining strong partnerships with network hospitals.

Ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in health insurance, TPA, or hospital admin, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• MBA in healthcare management or a medical/nursing background.
