Here, you will make an impact by:* Performing system administration activities, which includes coordinating and managing the post-go live configuration of applications and interfaces, analyzing workflows while complying policies, procedures and constraints of assigned clients.* Performing escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution in support of multiple clients for supported applications.* Monitoring of the network, servers, cloud and applications to ensure full availability and optimum performance daily.
