As a Workday Compensation Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, globally compliant compensation solutions within the Workday HCM platform. You will translate complex business compensation strategies into robust technical configurations, ensuring alignment across global markets—particularly the USA and India.
Your expertise will be instrumental in driving data integrity, system efficiency, and a seamless employee experience. By collaborating closely with HCM, Absence, and Payroll teams, you will proactively identify and mitigate potential downstream impacts, ensuring smooth integration across core HR processes. You will lead the configuration of compensation plans, eligibility rules, scorecards, reports, and calculated fields, while also spearheading regression testing, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your strategic input will support change management efforts and empower end users with clear, actionable guidance.
