Zoho in Pan India seeks an experienced Senior SAP BRIM Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of subscription and usage-based billing ecosystems. Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in SAP technical development.
• At least 5 years of specialized experience in SAP BRIM solution development.
• Proven hands-on proficiency with SAP SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA.
• Advanced skills in ABAP development, including enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, APIs, OData services, and complex workflows.
• Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA integrations, middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of subscription models, usage-based billing, and financial system integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain SAP BRIM solutions (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA).
• Develop ABAP components, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, APIs, and OData services.
• Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle: orders, contracts, provisioning, integrations.
• Develop API frameworks for SOM to enable order orchestration.
• Configure Convergent Charging for rating, mediation, pricing, and charging.
• Oversee Convergent Invoicing: billing consolidation, invoice creation, posting, reconciliation.
• Administer FI-CA workflows: customer accounts, payments, dunning, disputes, reconciliation.
• Ensure robust integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CRM/CX, middleware, and payment gateways.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, system, UAT) and resolve production incidents.
• Optimize performance for high-volume billing and charging workloads.
• Lead deployments, production support, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer.
• Document specs, interface designs, runbooks, and development standards.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP BRIM Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex subscription and usage-based billing ecosystems. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging deep expertise in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA) to deliver robust enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will drive the full lifecycle of billing processes, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and reliability across the organization's financial and operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain comprehensive SAP BRIM solutions encompassing SOM, CC, CI, and FI-CA modules.
  
• Engineer custom technical components including ABAP logic, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, OData services, APIs, workflows, and system interfaces.
  
• Manage the end-to-end subscription lifecycle, covering order intake, contract adjustments, fulfillment, provisioning, and necessary integrations.
  
• Develop and sustain API frameworks for SOM to enable efficient order orchestration.
  
• Configure and tailor SAP Convergent Charging to handle complex usage-based rating, mediation, pricing strategies, and charge calculations.
  
• Oversee Convergent Invoicing operations, including billing consolidation, invoice creation, reconciliation, financial posting, and process automation.
  
• Administer FI-CA workflows related to customer account management, payment processing, dunning, dispute resolution, and financial reconciliation.
  
• Facilitate robust integrations between SAP BRIM and external systems such as SAP S/4HANA, CRM/CX platforms, middleware, and third-party payment gateways.
  
• Execute rigorous testing protocols (unit, integration, system, and UAT), diagnose defects, and resolve production incidents.
  
• Optimize system performance to support high-volume billing and charging workloads.
  
• Lead deployment activities, production support, architectural reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  
• Document technical specifications, interface designs, operational runbooks, and development standards.
  
• Collaborate effectively with solution architects, functional consultants, BASIS teams, infrastructure specialists, data migration experts, and business stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Strong capabilities in debugging, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and production support.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Fiori, Datasphere, cloud-native SAP architectures, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Background in industries such as utilities, telecommunications, transportation, finance, or other subscription-based business models.
  
• Experience participating in large-scale SAP transformation projects utilizing Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
