HealthKart Store Staff required to manage daily store operations in Chennai’s Alwarpet & VR Mall locations. You will ensure excellent customer service, handle stock, and support marketing activities to grow footfall and sales.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with 0–5 years in retail, strong communication, and knowledge of nutrition and supplements. You will work on opening/closing, cash handling, and invoice processing to maintain store KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store
• Take care of customer service and store aesthetics
• Create and share daily sales MIS and customer data
• Stock and inventory management (inward & outward)
• Conduct local store marketing events and gym visits to boost sales
• Handle opening and closing of the store and cash management
• Raise customer invoices and manage daily banking with partners
• Maintain KPIs and promote products and services

• Industry: Health Supplement & sports nutrition preferable, Retail Store
• Having sound knowledge of Nutrition and supplements, retail sales
• Should have good communication skills
• Marketing activities need to be done (LMS)
• Gym visits to increase the sale of store and awareness
• Excellent Selling Skills

Job Description:-

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Taking care of customer service
• Creating new customer database to increase the sale and share daily customer
• footfall report to your reporting manager.
• Stock/Inventory management - inward & outward
• Participate and conduct BTL & Local Store Marking activities to increase Sales of
• the Store i.e. Gym visit, product sampling in the different kinds of events.
• Handling store - Opening & closing of the store
• Cash management and daily banking with banking partner without any error.
• Raising customers Invoice
• Following store aesthetics
• Strong in operations & eye for detail.
• Strong in maintaining KPIs of the store.
• Promoting of products and services of the organization.
• Prepare and share Daily Sales MIS of the store.
