Product Owner

We’re hiring a Product Owner to build impactful products and drive them from idea to execution across business, tech, and user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own product execution end to end
• Make product decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data, business vision, and product objectives
• Collaborate with technical leads, UX designers, and business stakeholders
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in all agile team meetings including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups
• Set sprint goals, present sprint demos, and participate in sprint retrospectives
• Communicate feature requirements, release strategy, product goals, and expected business impact to development teams
• Prioritize the team backlog daily based on business impact, risk, and effort
• Iteratively adjust requirements, refine scope, and manage change in a multi‑team agile environment
• Communicate risks in real‑time
• Provide internal training for new features
• Accept user stories when they are ready for release
• Test release scope on production to ensure high‑quality execution and strategic alignment

Qualifications

• A degree from a reputable university in Computer Science or a related field
• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role working with an agile team
• Experience in Product Management
• Experience with user stories, product backlogs, epics, story cards, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to write comprehensive documents in a clear, concise, and structured manner
