Job summary

A technology services provider based in Chennai is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with over 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations and possess strong documentation and communication skills. Experience with integration methodologies and coordinating user acceptance testing is essential. This position requires independent work and collaboration with global clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience with Fast Formulae, Personalization's, BIP Reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties independently and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with clients.
• Write and review technical documentation and test cases.

Job description

• Should have 6+ Years of total experience & 4+ Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.
• Should have completed at least 2 full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR, Recruitment Modules.
• Should have experience on Fast Formulae, Personalization's, BIP Reports, Dashboards specific to Core HR , Recruitment Modules.
• Should have expertise in Integration methodologies and interfaces HDL, Web services, Data extracts, 3rd Party Integrations.
• In depth understanding of History Data Conversion , History Data Loading/migration.
• In depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps.
• Good Documentation skills
• ASIS, Technical Specifications/Design, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP
• Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients
• Should be able to perform his/her duties independently
• Should have Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Should have worked with Global clients
• Any experience with US Clientele is good to have
