What's this role about?

• 8 years of experience in a Senior Software Development role, with a strong emphasis on Python Django.
• Proven experience working with an Agile development team, continuous development, and deployment.
• Experience in scoping, user testing, and training for enterprise projects.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing software as part of a distributed team using Git, especially in open-source environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Familiarity with quality assurance testing processes and best practices.
• Ability to align technical goals with strategic goals, prioritizing technology for business success.
• Experience in developing and deploying web solutions suitable for low-bandwidth environments.
• Strong knowledge of database optimization, SQL/NoSQL, and Postgres.
• Working knowledge of Docker, docker-compose, and minikube is preferred
