Skillset Requirements

• 4 years or more experience in Profee Surgery Coding; experience as a Quality Analyst is an added advantage
• Holding a coding certification (CPC preferred)
• Experience coding all major and minor procedures with proficiency in Profee side of surgery guidelines
• Experience coding multiple specialties such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, GI, OBGYN, etc.
• Candidate must be open to working from office for 6 months from the date of Go‑live
