Roles and Responsibilities
- High-VolumeRecruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a large number of positions within the Insurance sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Development:Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience in Life/Health Insurance, Broking, NBFC's-Lending.
- Screening & Interviewing:Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in the roles, and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum of 2+ years of experience involumerecruitment, specifically within the NBFC and Insurance sectors.Avoidcandidateshaving experience in hiring for Banks/ Small Finance Banks
- Education:Any graduate
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Insurance sectors hiring, well versed with all the Brocking, NBFC & Insurance Hiring
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
