Job summary

Bisen Aerospace Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Quality Head to manage the Quality Department and ensure AS9100D and customer requirements are met. You will oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections and lead a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and CMM personnel.

You will coordinate with Production, NPD, and other departments to drive continuous improvement, manage internal and supplier audits, and ensure GD&T, FAIR, FOD prevention, and calibration standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 5–11 years of experience in quality management.
• Experience with aerospace standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Department and ensure compliance with AS9100D and customer requirements.

• Handle customer complaints, rejections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits.

• Monitor supplier quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, NPD, and other departments to improve product quality.
