Job summary

Glauben Technologies in India is seeking a backend-focused developer to design, build, and deploy scalable applications on Google Cloud Platform. You will implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and develop APIs using Java and/or Python.

You will work with Cloud SQL and Cloud Spanner, review code with peers, contribute to architectural discussions, and design robust microservices and backend systems on GCP.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Proficient in designing and implementing backend systems.
• Experience building and consuming APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on GCP.
• Implement and manage IaC using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using Java and/or Python.
• Work with databases on GCP (Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, etc.).
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and solution design.
• Experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Apigee etc.).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex backend systems and microservices.
