Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Elasticsearch.

• Understanding of Camunda security, authentication, and access management.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain the Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform across environments.
• Manage and support Camunda platform components for smooth operation.
• Monitor Camunda environments, health, performance, availability, and process execution.
• Provide troubleshooting for Camunda issues in development, UAT, and production.
• Perform Camunda upgrades and migrations with minimal business impact.
• Plan and execute upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Integrate Camunda with Azure AD for authentication and access management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Elasticsearch within Camunda.
• Monitor logs, identify performance issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve incidents.
• Support deployment and configuration across environments.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and apps teams for stability.
• Design and support extended Camunda architecture, including Cockpit plugins/customizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain the Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform across different environments.
• Manage and support Camunda platform components and ensure their smooth operation.
• Monitor Camunda environments, system health, performance, availability, and process execution.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Camunda-related issues in development, UAT, and production environments.
• Perform Camunda platform upgrades and migrations, including hands-on experience with upgrading Camunda versions.
• Plan and execute Camunda upgrades with minimal impact to business operations.
• Integrate Camunda with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication and access management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Elasticsearch used within the Camunda platform.
• Monitor logs, identify performance issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.
• Support deployment and configuration activities across multiple environments.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure stable Camunda operations.
• Design and support the extended architecture of Camunda, including Cockpit plugins/customizations, where applicable.
• Support integration of Camunda Runtime, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot components from an administration and platform perspective.
• Support automation of business processes using the Camunda BPM platform.
• Understand and support BPMN-based process implementations and their execution within the Camunda process engine.
• Assist teams with POCs and technical integrations involving databases and web services.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration details, and upgrade documentation.
