Job summary

ITC Infotech in Kolkata is seeking a Senior ASP.NET Developer with 6-7 years of hands-on experience to reinforce our local team. You will deliver scalable .NET web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure quality through testing and deployment best practices.

The role requires strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and SQL Server, plus experience with IIS, Azure App Service and Azure SQL.

Qualifications

• Over 6 to 7 years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in .NET ASP.NET and C# for client-server and web apps.
• Proficient in .NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax.
• Strong SQL Server design and T-SQL objects like procedures, views.
• Experience deploying apps via IIS and Azure App Service; Azure SQL.
• Testing skills: unit testing, system testing, patch release management.

Responsibilities

• Over 6 to 7 years of technical experience in Software Application development landscape.
• Technical working experience in core technologies like - .NET (ASP.NET,C#) with Client Server based Application, Web based application, complete ADO.NET concept.
• Additional Technical experience in (.NET Core, html, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax etc.)
• Working knowledge in database design and core database concepts related with RDBMS (MSSQL), Core concepts, and regular experience of SQL DB Objects like Procedure, Function, View, trigger, indexes etc.
• Good understanding of Application deployment through IIS and Azure App Service and Azure SQL.
• Application Testing skillset like Unit Testing, System Testing with Patch release management knowledge.
• Good Communication skills with ample experience on Client Interactions and Business Team handling is needed for requirement gathering, UAT handholding, Technical or functional clarifications
